Fabrication
With a degree in Tool Making as well as Manufacturing Engineering, I build all my own machining and welding fixtures in house with utmost accuracy, followed by adjustability.

| I strive for the tightest possible mitres. Welding as much of the frame possible in the jig (approx. 85 - 90%) results in the most accurate results and the frame does not need to be aligned post welding. I attribute this to a precise, stout welding fixture. I strive for the highest quality welds. A picture is worth a thousand words. | \![]() |

Many builders are limited by what they can buy in a tube set and I feel that is what sets me apart. If I need a tool to build the finest frame, I will meticulesly build that tool. For example, I built this press with dies in order to s-bend stays as well as bend seat tubes for more clearance on smaller 29er and 650B frames... I do all my bending and rolling in house. I have a variety of custom dies to fit different manufacturer chain and seat stays. The results have been superb.
As to quality of construciton, I prefer to let my frames do the talking. With limited production, I can promise that I will always take as much time as needed to build the cleanest frame possible.
